Chapter Spotlight: NC State University

Check out NC State's Project intern recruitment strategy for their partnership with Sehgal Foundation:

Since this was our chapter's first time implementing an international project, I wanted to ensure that our efforts ended with success and intern outreach was a crucial step for this to happen. After receiving advice and input from the rest of my executive board and our chapter mentor, I went to work on creating an effective flyer and contacting our club advisor for assistance in sending out emails on listservs related to our project. Two interest meetings and over thirty interest emails later, I had finally gathered a group of highly qualified applicants thanks to the help of my amazing executive board, incredible mentor, and reliable club advisor.
